Georgia's First Blog!
Hello Everyone.
On Tuesday 14 February, I went to my Pigeon House Equestrian Riding School to do a Pony Club Day and because it was Valentine’s Day everyone had to wear red! I arrived at my school at around 10:20am ready for a start of 10:30am.
First of all we groomed our pony’s, mine was a pony called Hollie, she is gorgeous. Secondly we tacked them up and rode them for 1hr 15-30mins. Next it was lunch time; we ate our lunch in the ‘chill out room’. I had a cheese and lettuce sandwich with chedders and a kiwi.
After eating lunch we plaited our pony’s main and tail and then rode them again, it was like being in a show/dressage ring. We then took the tack off again and put Hollie and her ‘friends’ in their stables. I also made a friend that day called Millie, she was really kind.
Overall I had a fantastic day, I really enjoyed it and I can’t wait to get my own pony one day!
