This week I had Pony Club camp!

Damona has been going really well(we're only on day 3!!).  We are separated into different teams, each having a task to do at lunch and at the end of the day. We are also marked on how good our turnout is in each lesson (so far I have 10 every time which is the highest mark. (its hard having a grey- why cant she be poo coloured?!)

Today we had cross country.  I really enjoyed the lesson as I got Damona jumping well!

In the afternoon, we had showjumping clear round. I did the 2ft 6 and got a rossete. At the end of the day everyone was really hot and sweaty as it had been about 29 degrees all day!!! Our team task was poo picking. As team leader, I rounded everyone up and we hauled the wheelbarrow around the field, picking up every poo possible as we wanted to get a good mark because yesterday we were penalized for not doing the job properly! (oops!)

For those of you who haven't yet been to camp- have a go, its a great way to have fun and meet new friends as well as building a good relationship with your pony!
